Refund Policy

All products sold by mode of... (including LUTs) are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations after purchase. Please check each product page and the system requirements before buying.

If there is a problem

If a file is corrupted, cannot be downloaded, or has another problem, please contact us at the email address below within 7 days of purchase. We will check the issue and send you a working file. If resending does not solve the problem, we will refund your purchase.

When contacting us, please include your order number and a description of the problem.
